Welcome to our website, where you can find out how we may help you, a friend, a family member, or if you are a health care professional, your patients. We are licensed psychologists, and the practice has been in operation since 1993. Our offices are conveniently located in Wayne and Paoli, PA.
Together with our clients, we focus on solving problems in a number of ways, customized to each person's particular needs and concerns.  Most people we work with find that a major benefit of therapy is they understand themselves at a much deeper level and with more compassion and self-care.

As a group of women who are clinicians, we are also pleased to offer specialized treatments for women's issues as a part of what we do.

We view behavior and emotional issues within a mind-body context. For instance, we discover together how thoughts, emotions and physical conditions affect and interact with each other. To alleviate stress, emotional difficulties, and possibly even some symptoms of physical illness, we will unearth long-standing behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. We help change problematic thinking, encourage self-compassion and self-understanding, and use biofeedback and neurofeedback methods as needed to improve mind-body health.

New for 2016! Announcing our Group Workshops and Programs

We are excited to announce that we will be offering several kinds of workshops and group programs over this year. These programs will be held in the peaceful and intimate group room in the Integrated Healing Center, Paoli PA. Starting in March, we are offering a series of workshops on Developing Skills for Stress Management. You can join us for one, two or all four of the workshops in the series. 

In April, we are planning to offer our Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation and Self-Compassion Workshop again. This workshop was very popular when it was offered in December 2015, and is very helpful for people who are just starting to develop a Meditation practice and would like some guidance on how to begin. 

Also in April, we will be offering an Intermediate Workshop on Using Meditation and Self-Compassion Approaches in Daily Life. Together we will address the difficulties inherent in cultivating self-compassion, and how to use specific, evidence-based techniques to develop this powerful and healing quality of the mind and heart.
